PROOFING
Of course! We won’t print anything without your written approval. Our team will take your artwork once received and add it to our approval form. You’ll receive an email from us for approval within 24-48 hours.
We’ll send you an easily viewable PDF for you to review. It makes it easy for you to view and approve the art on any device.
A proof is your final chance to make any changes before the labels or stickers are printed. Do one last review of the copy and ensure your graphic still looks great. Here are a few things to look out for – spelling errors, ingredient checklist, sizing, layout of copy & graphics, colors.
This is one of our specialties. We can match any PMS or CMYK print that you’d like. We can also match your product if you’re able to send us a sample of the color you want.
Contact us directly if you’d like a printed sample before running your full order. We’ll do this as fast as we can, but it does take time and may have additional costs. Either way, we want to make sure you’re happy with your investment so we’ll work to get the color right!
SHIPPING
Yes, we do this all the time. While we typically use UPS Standard, we are happy to ship out using FedEx, USPS or any other method you’d like. Just contact us via email or phone with your account number and we’ll take care of it.
Of course. Just specify where you’d like your labels to be shipped and we’ll make it happen for you.
Yes, we do. We’re happy to ship in whatever way is most convenient for you. Just contact us and we can ship overnight, 2 day, 3 day, ground or even via LTL for larger shipments.
Absolutely! All invoices will include your tracking number so you can easily track when your labels or stickers will arrive.
LABEL FAQ'S
Currently our minimum is 1,000 for both labels and stickers. However, we can print samples of any volume. There’s a charge associated with this option, but printed samples will ensure your labels are done right.
It depends! We have different materials for varying applications. Most of our labels and stickers are printed on BoPP with or without a laminate and vary in thickness.
Just let us know if you’re looking for a particular thickness or type of label and we can work on it for you.
We require a minimum bleed of 1/16″ for labels and stickers.
However, if you prefer full bleed printing, that’s doable too. Just let us know your preference in your instructions when checking out.
Yes! In fact, you’ll be required to input this information before we send it to the press. The unwind direction (or orientation) will also be specified on the proof that you receive.
